Krafter’s have successfully delivered Precise engineering component with 2 side cores, matching each other and having wall thickness variation from 0.50 mm to 3.00 mm at various cross sessions and the total part weight was 0.4 g (Plastic Material is ABS).
LARGE SIZE COMPONENTS
Krafter’s have delivered ABS Box Part having dimension 700x300x140 mm weighing 2.00kg in 55 days (800T Machine) and Poly Carbonate Lid part Part having dimension 700x300x25 mm weighing 1.20kg in 40 days (660T Machine).
A challenging component, with 4 angular sliders matching and running at a cycle time of 35 sec. With external thread having Dia. 480 mm. Total Part weight is 320 g and Plastic material is HDPE
